I’m a freelance history and humanities instructor with a decade of university teaching experience. My Ph.D. in history comes from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and I hold a certificate of eligibility in social studies from the New Jersey Department of Education.

The undergraduate and graduate courses I’ve taught include classes in writing, public affairs, and American studies, as well as U.S., world, and local history. I also have facilitated short-term courses and workshops in other nonprofit settings.

Generally speaking, I’m available within a two-hour radius of Philadelphia. While I continue working in college classrooms, my long-term goal is to make a permanent transition to secondary education.
