I’m a freelance history and humanities instructor with a decade of university teaching experience. I hold a Ph.D. in history from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a certificate of eligibility in social studies from the New Jersey Department of Education.

Generally speaking, my teaching services are available within a two-hour radius of Philadelphia. While I continue working in college classrooms, my long-term goal is to make a permanent transition to secondary education.

If you’re interested in hiring me on a part-time or full-time basis, please use the contact form to send me an email. For your convenience, I have made available a list of the courses I have already taught—in writing, public affairs, and American studies, as well as U.S., world, and local history. I also have facilitated short-term courses and workshops in other nonprofit settings.
